What is the typical production time for custom prints and photo gifts?
Most professional prints and wall decor items are processed within 2-3 business days. Custom photo books and specialty items may take up to 5 business days before shipping.
What file formats do you accept for photo uploads?
We currently accept high-resolution JPEG (.jpg) and TIFF (.tif) files. For the best print quality, we recommend uploading images in the sRGB color space.
Do you offer color correction services for my images?
Yes, we offer optional professional color correction. Our experienced technicians will manually adjust your images for density and color balance to ensure the highest quality output.
What is your return policy for custom photo products?
Since our products are custom-made to order, we cannot offer returns for customer errors. However, if your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days for a replacement.
How can I track my order once it has shipped?
Once your order leaves our lab, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can also view your order status by logging into your account on our website.
Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
To ensure fast turnaround times, orders enter production almost immediately. You may cancel or edit an order within 30 minutes of placement; after that, we are unable to make changes.
